Injection Molding Processes

Injection molding is an efficient manufacturing method for producing consistent, high-quality plastic components at scale. After the appropriate material is selected, plastic pellets are fed into the injection molding machine, where they are heated and transformed into a molten state. The material is then injected under controlled pressure into a precision-machined mold.
